Many of our items are hand-made by independent arists and there may be only onsies or twosies of a particular design. If you need a large quantity of an item please e-mail us at the address listed above and we will work with our artists and supliers to fill your request. Some of our items ship directly from the artist or designer and make take a few extra days for shipping. Gift Wrap: We are able to gift wrap any item that we hold in stock, our usual charge is $4.00. Many of our items ship directly from our designers or suppliers and gift wrap is not an option. We will notify you if gift wrap is not an option on your selection and you invoice may be adjusted. How to place your order: You may place your order online using our secure shopping cart. You can e-mail your order and we will adjust it to include shipping and e-mail you back with a total and confirmation of shipping. Privacy: We value your privacy, all customer order information, such as addresses, credit card information and phone numbers, are used to process orders only and are confidential. No unsolicited mailings or phone calls are made. This information is never shared or sold. Customer e-mail addresses are used to send shipment updates, seasonal updates and sale information. Shipping: We use Federal Express home delivery and ground delivery. Our rates depend upon shipping weight. We're sorry but at this time we do not ship outside the United States. Shipping on Design House Items: in addition to our regular inventory we also feature wonderful pieces that are shipped directly to you from partnering design houses. Our design partners ship either Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground. Shipment methods will be confirmed from design house at time of shipment and tracking numbers will be sent to you via e-mail. Backorders: Once in a while customer demand exceeds our supply. If we are backordered on your product selection, we will contact you by email to let you know the expected date of delivery. If you do not want to wait until the due date, you may cancel the order and your card will not be charged. Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason please contact us. Returns are subject to our approval, however, we have a "Make it Right" return policy and will work with you to make your Soul of the Rose purchase right. To discuss returning an item, please call toll-free at (866)237-3260. We cannot accept returns without an authorization. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. Please do not send merchandise back without an authorization, it will be returned to you at your cost. We're sorry, but we cannot refund shipping charges. All returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee, plus return shipping fees. Damages: If an item is damaged in transit, please call us immediately. Re-package the item using all of the original packing material. We will schedule an inspection with FedEx and the item will be returned to Soul of the Rose Gifts. Upon receipt of the damaged item, Soul of the Rose Gifts will either issue a credit to your account or exchange the item.
